Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Oxodonia LTD ("we", "us"), the company that runs Ludoflow. By creating an account or using Ludoflow, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. What Ludoflow is

Ludoflow lets you describe a game in plain English. An AI agent then writes and runs the game for you in a cloud sandbox. Results come from an AI model, so they can be wrong, incomplete or different each time.

2. Accounts and organizations

• You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent where you live if that is higher.
• Your games, credits and billing belong to an organization. Anyone you invite to that organization can see and change them.
• You are responsible for everything done through your account. Keep your sign-in details safe.
• Give accurate information when you sign up and when you pay.

3. Credits and payments

• Building and changing games uses credits. How many depends on how much work the agent does.
• Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the Billing page. The plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
• Payments are handled by our payment providers. We do not see or store your full card details.
• Prices may change. We will tell you before a change affects a plan you already pay for.
• Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, and are not refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.
• We may change how many credits a task uses, for example when the cost of AI models changes.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the prompts you write and the games made for you. You give us permission to store, process, run and show that content only as needed to provide Ludoflow to you. You are responsible for making sure you have the rights to anything you upload or ask the agent to use, such as images, names, music or characters.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use Ludoflow to:

• break any law, or infringe someone else's copyright, trademark or other rights;
• make content that is sexual content involving minors, promotes violence or hate, or harasses people;
• make malware, phishing pages, or anything meant to harm devices or steal data;
• attack, overload, scan or get around the limits of our service or sandboxes;
• use the sandboxes for anything other than building games, such as mining cryptocurrency;
• resell or copy the service without our written permission.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

6. Third-party services

Ludoflow depends on other companies for sign-in, payments, hosting, AI models and sandboxes. Their own terms may also apply. We are not responsible for outages or changes on their side.

7. Ending your use

You can stop using Ludoflow at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, fails to pay, or puts the service or other users at risk. If we close the service entirely, we will give reasonable notice so you can download your games.

8. No warranty

Ludoflow is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will always work, be free of errors, or that games it builds will be fit for any particular purpose.

9. Limit of liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is important, we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Using Ludoflow after that means you accept the new terms.
